Images and Culture

One of the best English course in School of Humanities.Theprofessor, Pablo Vázquez Gestal, is quite an adorable guy, who is ready to share all his knowledge about art and history. Starting with what is art, this course is well organized to teach you what is art history, how to read, classify, display and create art, followed by producing, sponsoring, collecting art and symbols, metaphors, allegories in a piece of art, etc. 

Multimedia Communication

If you are looking for a course that is interesting and practical, Multimedia Communication is your best choice. By running a blog and making a website, you can dig out your potential in online media presenting.

Introduction to Advertising and Public Relation

     

Emphasizing more on the theory, this course might not be as interesting as the courses above. But under the guide of two experienced professors, you will learn much about the basic structure and theory about advertising and public relation. “Abundant and useful”, that’s best description for this course. 

Sport and Brands

 

School of Economics in UNAV, as one of the best economical school all over the world, provides many good English courses. Besides basic courses like marketing, management, etc. Sport and Brands sounds more interesting. You are going to learn the local and global sports brands, and their bland power, the using of social media, the legacy and so on. Many students consider it to be one of the most interesting course in the “boring” School of Economics.

Contemporary History

How will you define “contemporary”? What’s the real meaning of contemporary? How is the contemporary world shaped? This course can give you the answers. It will help you to understand the most relevant events and processes of the second half of the twentieth century, and the power and complexity of the past in shaping our world.​
